At Catalyst, our mission is to support you in overcoming anxiety, stress, insomnia, and emotional challenges to foster your success and happiness. Serving adults and young adults in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we provide compassionate, personalized care using evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Our goal is to empower you to achieve lasting excellence, improved mental health, and resilience in the face of life's challenges—now and in the future.
Catalyst was founded by Dr. Jessica Weatherford, who believes in personalized treatment for each individual. She uses cognitive-behavioral therapy as the cornerstone to help clients achieve their most important goals, while enhancing success, happiness, and resilience.
Dr. Weatherford specializes in helping adults and young adults manage a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, insomnia, OCD, ADHD, traumatic stress (PTSD), and professional burnout. She also supports clients facing the stress, irritability, depression, and relationship issues that can interfere with happiness and success. In her practice, Dr. Weatherford offers an empathetic, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to tackle life’s challenges with confidence.
By utilizing proven Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Dr. Weatherford helps clients address the full spectrum of their thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and the body’s physiological stress responses. Together, she and her clients develop personalized, evidence-based strategies to overcome obstacles, restore resilience, achieve personal goals, and improve life satisfaction. Her approach fosters growth in a supportive and validating space, guiding clients toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Weatherford brings extensive experience in executive leadership and organizational effectiveness. She offers tailored approaches for high performers and leaders striving for sustainable excellence, helping them tackle challenges such as navigating organizational change, managing increased demands, and balancing strategic priorities. She also supports clients in overcoming issues like chronic stress, disrupted sleep and communication challenges. Using evidence-based cognitive-behavioral strategies, Dr. Weatherford empowers high achievers to address these barriers, enhance leadership effectiveness, and reach their next-level goals while maintaining balance and long-term well-being.
Dr. Weatherford’s background includes extensive experience in applying evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques in outpatient, primary care, inpatient, and emergency settings.
