Do You Accept Insurance?


We see the majority of our clients as an out of-network provider. Our clients then submit claims to their insurance provider for reimbursement. We’ll provide a detailed superbill each month to make this process easier.

We are currently in-network with Aetna and will be phasing out our credentialing status in the coming months.

Plan Ahead & Come Prepared

Before scheduling, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your mental health coverage. You can do this by:
●     Calling the number on the back of your insurance card or logging into your provider’s online portal.
●     Prepare your member or subscriber number and date of birth.
●     Ask:

○     “Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?”
○     “Does my plan cover Teletherapy sessions with out-of-network providers?”
○     “What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?”
○     “What percentage of out-of-network fees will be reimbursed?”

For out-of-network clients, we’ve partnered with Thrizer to simplify your benefits. Thrizer will:

●     Verify your out-of-network benefits.
●     Process claims directly with your insurance company.
●     Allow you to pay your estimated out-of-pocket costs at the time of service.


What is Your Fee?

Our individual therapy sessions use cognitive-behavioral techniques tailored to help adults and young adults overcome personal challenges and achieve their unique goals. Sessions typically run 45-55 minutes and are conducted weekly, either in-person or online.

●     Fee per session: $255

Do You Bill for Services? 

We accept credit or debit card payments for all services and co-pays through our secure client portal.
●     A credit or debit card is kept on file for seamless payments.
●     Payment for each session is processed after the appointment through the portal.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you cannot attend your in-person session, we offer the option to convert it to Teletherapy at no extra cost.
●     48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
●     We allow two emergency cancellations per year without charge.


Important: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, and have already utilized two emergency cancellations within the calendar year, you will be charged the full session fee.
